Learn how to express yourself through art in this guided workshop, and have fun too! We will use the image shown below to create your version of the painting, or you can bring your favorite landscape photo and use the same approach to create your own.
Here is what we will cover in this 3 hours session starting at 6:00 PM.
- How to paint intuitively and create a unique painting.
- How to prepare your painting surface.
- How to transform a landscape image into an interesting abstract.
- How to create interesting compositions that make a painting more interesting
- How to create eye catching texture
- How to avoid faded color and create bright color harmony in your painting
- How to build up layers and create a visually interesting piece
- Understanding values and how to use them to enhance your painting
You'll receive one-on-one coaching during this session. If you don't finish your painting, you will receive personalized email feedback after the class until your painting is done.
Level: Open to beginner and intermediate artist, adults only.
What is Provided: Painting Materials, acrylic and other mediums, 20x20 canvas

When to arrive: You can arrive 15 minutes earlier to enjoy my garden and taken photos.

Not ADA accessible: There are steps to the garden where this workshop will be held.
